Hake fillet with lemon butter & chives
The secret of our recipe? Its generous sauce with fresh cream and butter!
In a microwave oven
- Place the open top bag in the oven on full power. Be careful, the bag is hot when it is pulled out.
- Enjoy.
15 minutes in a bain-marie
- Plunge the closed bag into simmering water for 10 minutes
- Run it under cold water before opening it. Be careful with the heat when opening the bag.
Hake fillet (Theragra chalcogramma; Pacific Ocean origin) 50%, water, carrots, button mushrooms, cream, starch, wheat flour, butter 1,2%, concentrated lemon juice 1%, salt, chives 0,5%, rapeseed oil, natural flavours (contains fish), turmeric.
May contain traces of other cereals containing gluten, shellfish, soy, mustard and celery.
- Before opening, store in a dry and temperate area.
- After opening, store in the refrigerator in a tightly closed food container and consume within 2 days.
