Our kitchens
It is in St Sébastien sur Loire near Nantes (great land and home of butter biscuits) that we decided to base our kitchens.
Close relationships with local producers
Located in the heart of a market gardening area, the workshop (still family owned) works with the best vegetables and products from the finest producers.

Modernized workshops
Since then, the workshops have of course been expanded and modernized to meet all current food standards.
A whole team at your service
A team of dedicated people work on the preparation and packaging of Paul & Louise's ready-to-eat meals: from the raw product to the recipe, to bring it all to your plate.

The philosophy we pursue is that of continuous improvement of our recipes.
- Elimination of ingredients containing nanoparticles
- Ensuring an optimal nutritional profile (sugar, salt, fat content, etc.)
- 100% of our products are assigned a Nutri-score
- Minimize the use of preservatives by sterilizing our products
- Minimize the use of coloring.
- Our objective : 100% in the next few years.
- Maximum use of spices to limit the use of flavoring

Reduce the impact
Paul & Louise is committed to local and sustainable procurement
- Our objective of 100% French origin meat purchase has reached 98% in 2021
- 100% of the fish used in our products is certified ASC or MSC sustainable fishing
- 100% of our recipes are free of palm oil, GMOs and hydrogenated fats
- Commitment of the brand to support sustainable forest management : 100% of our labels, packaging cardboards are FSC certified
- A commitment for more than ten years in favor of organic farming
A strong dedication to improving our impact during production
- We have our own preliminary wastewater treatment plant
- We use wooden pallets from forests managed in a sustainable development approach
- We seek to optimize the space in our trucks to minimize mileage

- Our production sites are IFS, BRC and BIO certified
- The use of sterilization which ensures the destruction of micro-organisms potentially present in the food and which could make the product not safe for consumption.
