Wild Salmon Fillet with Sorrel

In a microwave oven
- Place the open top bag in the oven on full power. Be careful, the bag is hot when it is pulled out.
- Enjoy.
15 minutes in a bain-marie
- Plunge the closed bag into simmering water for 10 minutes
- Run it under cold water before opening it. Be careful with the heat when opening the bag.
Pieces of wild salmon fillet (Oncorhynchus gorbuscha; Pacific Ocean origin) 50%, water, carrots,cream, sorrel 3%, starch, wheat flour, butter, salt, rapeseed oil, natural flavourings (contains fish), concentrated lemon juice, turmeric.
May contain traces of other cereals containing gluten, shellfish, soy, mustard and celery.
- Before opening, store in a dry and temperate area.
