Mitonné of pork à la créole
Discover our recipe revisiting the traditional pork stew. We have chosen to accompany it with red beans cooked in a sauce with a smoky taste reminiscent of Creole dishes.
In a microwave oven
- Pierce the film of the container
- Heat for 2 minutes at full power.
15 minutes in a bain-marie
- Plunge the container into simmering water for about 15 minutes.
- Run it quickly under cold water before opening the lid.

- Before opening, store in a dry and temperate area.
