Sliced Beef with Tellichery Pepper
We have selected the Tellichery pepper known for its woody and spicy taste to cook our recipe of beef with pepper!
In a microwave oven
- Place the open top bag in the oven on full power. Be careful, the bag is hot when it is pulled out.
- Enjoy.
15 minutes in a bain-marie
- Plunge the closed bag into simmering water for 10 minutes
- Run it under cold water before opening it. Be careful with the heat when opening the bag.
Cured beef 50% (beef (French origin) 40%, water, transformed manioc starch, salt), water, drained pasteurized button mushrooms,cream, natural flavouring, tomato concentrate, starch, wheat flour, onion, Tellichery black pepper 0,5%, barley malt extract.

- Before opening, store in a dry and temperate area.
