A healthy and balanced recipe, cooked in our workshop in Saint Sebastien sur Loire.
In a microwave oven
- Pierce the film of the container
- Heat for 2 minutes at full power.
15 minutes in a bain-marie
- Plunge the container into simmering water for about 15 minutes.
- Run it quickly under cold water before opening the lid.
Alaskan hake (Theragra chalcogramma) 30%, potatoes 23%, fresh cream, starch, sweet butter, potato flakes (potatoes, emulsifier: mono and diglyceride of fatty acid, turmeric extracts), aromatic herbs, salt, concentrated lemon juice 0.2%, pepper, turmeric.
May contain traces of celery, cereals containing gluten, shellfish, mustard and soy.
- Before opening, store in a dry and temperate area.
- After opening, store in the refrigerator in a tightly closed food container and consume within 2 days.
