Sliced Pork à la Dijonnaise
Tender selected pieces of pork with a gourmet Dijonaise sauce.
In a microwave oven
- Place the open top bag in the oven on full power. Be careful, the bag is hot when it is pulled out.
- Enjoy.
15 minutes in a bain-marie
- Plunge the closed bag into simmering water for 10 minutes
- Run it under cold water before opening it. Be careful with the heat when opening the bag.
Cured pork 50% (pork meat (French origin), water, starch, stabilizer: triphosphates, salt, wheat fiber), water, mushrooms, carrots, cream, Dijon mustard 4,7%, old fashioned mustard 2,3%, starch, white wine, wheat flour, natural flavour, pepper.

- Before opening, store in a dry and temperate area.
