In a microwave oven
- Place the open top bag in the oven on full power. Be careful, the bag is hot when it is pulled out.
- Enjoy.
15 minutes in a bain-marie
- Plunge the closed bag into simmering water for 10 minutes
- Run it under cold water before opening it. Be careful with the heat when opening the bag.
Pieces of hake fillet (Merluccius productus; Pacific Ocean origin) 66,7%, water, shallots 7,2%, butter 5,5%, white wine, cream (cream, stabilizer: carrageenan), starch, wheat flour, white wine vinegar, salt; thickeners: guar gum xanthan gum, spices.
