Sausage Rougail & Rice
Discover our generous sausage rougail, a traditional dish from Reunion Island, Mauritius and Madagascar. Because we don’t have the luxury to travel every day!
In a microwave oven
- Pierce the film of the container
- Heat for 2 minutes at full power.
15 minutes in a bain-marie
- Plunge the container into simmering water for about 15 minutes.
- Run it quickly under cold water before opening the lid.
Cooked rice 34%, pieces of sausages smoked with beech wood 31% (pork meat (French origin), salt, glucose syrup, pepper, garlic, spices extracts), water, tomatoes, crushed tomatoes 3,3% (tomatoes, tomato juice, acidifying agent: citric acid), onions, tomato concentrate, aromatic plants, spices (of which chillies 0,45%), modified corn starch, rapeseed oil, salt.
May contain traces of cereals containing gluten, milk, fish, shellfish, soy, celery and mustard.
- Before opening, store in a dry and temperate area.
- After opening, store in the refrigerator in a tightly closed food container and consume within 2 days.
