Sausage cooked with mogettes
Discover our recipe of sausages cooked with mogettes. A traditional dish from the Vendée region, the mogettes are white beans that are the subject of a protected geographical indication.
In a saucepan
- Pour the contents into a saucepan
- Reheat over very low heat for about 6 minutes.
In a microwave oven
- Pour the contents into a suitable container
- Heat for 2 to 3 minutes depending on the power of the oven
Lingot Beans (Mogettes de Vendée) blanched 36%, water, Toulouse sausage 30% (pork meat (French origin), salt, spices and aromatic plants), tomato concentrate, aromatic plants, wheat flour, salt, natural flavour, pepper.
May contain traces of other cereals containing gluten, shellfish, fish, soy, celery, milk and mustard.
- Before opening, store in a dry and temperate area.
- After opening, store in the refrigerator in a tightly closed food container and consume within 2 days.
